Welcome to Wink! We’re thrilled to work our magic on your marketing, and we want to make sure everything is as clear and smooth as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that apply when you purchase any of our packages. By purchasing a package, you agree to the following:

1. Package Availability

All Wink packages, including our Video, Logo, and Brandbook packages, are available for 6 months from the date of purchase. You’ll need to complete the project within this timeframe, or your package will expire.

2. Video Package Delivery

When you purchase one of our video packages, you can expect to receive the first version of your video(s) within 3 business days after we receive all the necessary materials from you (such as scripts, assets, and any other important information). Please note that business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Revisions & Feedback

You are entitled to request revisions on the video packages as part of our creative process:

Once you receive the first version of your video(s), you will have 3 business days to provide feedback, including any corrections or changes you’d like to see. Once we receive your feedback, we will take 3 business days to send you the revised version(s). You are allowed a maximum of revisions acoording to the package. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment and project completion:

You will own the final versions of the videos, logos, and brand assets we create for you. This includes all rights to use the final product for your marketing, branding, and promotional purposes. Wink retains the right to use the completed project, including any preliminary concepts and revisions, for promotional purposes such as portfolio showcases, website content, and marketing materials unless a separate written agreement prohibits this.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payment is required upfront before the commencement of any project. All payments are non-refundable once the creative process begins. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, and we will work with you through revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.

6. Client Responsibilities

To keep the project running smoothly and on schedule, we require prompt communication from you. Please make sure:

You provide all necessary materials (e.g., branding guidelines, scripts, assets) in a timely manner.
You are available to review and respond to drafts, feedback requests, and revisions within the agreed timelines.
Failure to do so may result in delays and potentially affect the quality of the project.

7. Project Timeline

We aim to meet all deadlines specified in our agreements. However, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to, your responsiveness, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always communicate clearly about any changes to the timeline.

8. Content & Copyright

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to use any content (such as logos, images, text, etc.) that you provide to us as part of the project. Wink will not be held liable for any copyright infringement issues related to materials supplied by you. Any work we create for you will be original and free of any third-party claims unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any sensitive information shared during the project confidential. This includes business strategies, product information, and any other non-public details that could affect either party’s business.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service provided.

12. Modifications to Terms

Wink reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of those changes.
